Kanhome Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services provided by Kanhome. By engaging in any business or purchase with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

• These Terms apply to all purchases of products and services from Kanhome.
• By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• Kanhome reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying the customer.

2. Payment Terms

• Kanhome accepts Letter of Credit (LC) and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) as the standard payment methods.
• Full payment must be received prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Any costs associated with the payment method (e.g., bank fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices quoted are in USD (or the agreed currency) and are subject to change without notice.
• Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which will be added to the total invoice amount where applicable.
• The customer is responsible for any customs duties or local taxes imposed by their country of import.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Kanhome is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs clearance or transportation delays.
• Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Goods may be returned only with prior authorization from Kanhome.
• Any returns must be made within 30 days of delivery in original packaging and in unused condition.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection of the returned goods. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to Kanhome’s error.

6. Product Warranty

• Kanhome warrants that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
• This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, modifications, or improper installation.
• The customer must notify Kanhome of any warranty claims in writing, providing details of the defect.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Kanhome’s liability under any contract, negligence, or other claim will be limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.
• Kanhome shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if Kanhome has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Force Majeure

• Kanhome is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, labor disputes, or natural disasters.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
